HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven cardiac diagnostics. The Territory Account Manager will serve as the primary customer-facing representative for a geographic region, driving adoption of HeartFlow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology—specifically the FFR_CT Analysis and related products that help clinicians assess coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide.
The role is field-based with 20%+ overnight travel depending on territory geography. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing business development plans with strategic accounts; facilitating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Territory Sales Manager, Marketing, Market Access, Clinical, Product Development); building and maintaining relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders; educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions; organizing clinical programs, dinner events, VIP visits, and CT pathway road-shows; and driving adoption metrics including cCTA conversion rates and FFR_CT case growth within assigned accounts.
Success is measured by quota achievement in strategic accounts and demonstrated growth in cCTA and FFR_CT penetration and case volume. You will coordinate field and headquarters resources to support focused customers and execute program development plans.
Required skills: proven sales track record and achievement; ability to build and support strong clinical programs; quick learner capable of grasping and disseminating clinical/technical information; strong relationship-building with account stakeholders (administrators, cardiologists, referring practices, hospital marketing); cross-functional coordination ability; customer-focused mentality; ability to explain medical technologies to healthcare professionals; self-motivation; excellent problem-solving under pressure; strong work ethic.
