Salary: USD 135,000 - 210,000 / annual

The flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D models of coronary arteries to help clinicians assess blood flow and identify blockages. Used by over 500,000 patients worldwide and cleared in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada, HeartFlow is transforming precision heart care.
As a Territory Account Manager, you will be the primary HeartFlow representative within a specific geographic region, driving adoption and customer success. This is a customer-facing role requiring approximately 20-25% travel from a home office in Brooklyn.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute business development plans with key strategic accounts to drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathway
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal leadership, marketing, market access, product development, and clinical teams
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians, cardiologists, primary care physicians, and nurse practitioners
- Educate customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and clinical discussions
- Organize and staff clinical programs including dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows, and physician office meetings
- Drive cCTA growth and FFR_CT penetration within assigned accounts
- Meet or exceed quota for strategic accounts and achieve case growth targets
Required skills include proven sales achievement, account development experience, clinical/technical proficiency, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to explain complex medical technologies to healthcare professionals. Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. You should be self-motivated, customer-focused, an excellent problem-solver, and thrive in cross-functional team environments.
