HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) revolutionizing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease through AI-driven cardiac imaging. The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will serve as HeartFlow's primary representative within a designated geographic region, driving adoption of the company's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology—including the flagship FFR_CT Analysis, RoadMap Analysis, and Plaque Analysis products. In this customer-facing role, you will work directly with key strategic accounts to develop and execute business development plans that drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFR_CT clinical pathway. You'll spend significant time in the field (20-25% travel) building and maintaining relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical stakeholders. Your responsibilities include educating customers on HeartFlow's value proposition through presentations and discussions, organizing clinical programs (dinner events, VIP visits, CT pathway road-shows), and coordinating with referring physician practices to increase Heartflow usage and advocacy. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Territory Sales Managers, Marketing, Market Access, CT Applications, Product Development, and Clinical teams. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding quota within assigned strategic accounts, driving cCTA growth (conversion of non-invasive tests), and increasing FFR_CT penetration and case volume over baseline. Required skills include proven sales achievement, account development experience, and the ability to quickly learn and communicate clinical/technical information. You should have strong relationship-building capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mentality. Knowledge of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology is preferred. This role requires self-motivation, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
