EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager for its Chico, CA rental facility. This role focuses on expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals in a defined geographical territory. Key responsibilities include: - Full territory management with accountability for sales strategy execution, market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth - Contract negotiation and customer retention - Rapid response to inbound leads and CRM management - New business development and account acquisition by educating contractors on how EquipmentShare's construction equipment rentals (aerial, earth moving, material handling, etc.) solve their operational and financial challenges - Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities - Conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers - Developing new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience - Supporting job site activities with remote and on-site involvement - Assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service delivery when needed Compensation is highly attractive: $24,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions, totaling $150,000–$600,000 in total compensation. The company provides a commission guarantee period while building your book of business, company truck or $800/month vehicle allowance, company cell phone or stipend, and relocation assistance (discretionary).
