Cloudflare is seeking a Territory Account Executive to drive significant growth by landing and expanding a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Indonesia market. You will be responsible for owning and executing a comprehensive territory plan to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
In this role, you will cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and partners, leading executive-level transformation narratives that position Cloudflare as a trusted architectural partner. You will leverage top partners as an extension of the sales team to co-sell and drive regular forecast and pipeline cadences. Your technical acumen will enable you to understand customer network architectures, translate Cloudflare's solutions effectively, and help clients secure and scale their AI-driven workloads.
Key responsibilities include managing contract negotiations and structuring platform-level commercial commitments (multi-year, multi-product, outcome-anchored) rather than point-product deals. You will stay engaged through onboarding, adoption, and the first renewal, partnering with Customer Engineers and Professional Services to develop deployment plans with measurable outcomes. You will proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline using internal tools, AI-assisted research, and pipeline sources including BDRs, channel partners, and marketing. High standards in pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy are essential.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of sales acumen and technical understanding, enabling effective engagement with both technical and non-technical buyers. You will use AI as a force multiplier daily, care more about customer outcomes than job boundaries, and demonstrate curiosity, judgment, and high agency. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required to engage effectively with customers in Indonesia.
