Rubrik is seeking a Territory Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts across Germany. In this role, you will drive Rubrik's continued expansion in one of Europe's most dynamic enterprise markets, combining existing customer relationships with new business development.
You will run full, multistakeholder sales cycles end to end—from discovery and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and close—across both net-new logo and existing-account expansion deals. You'll build and manage a high-quality pipeline across your territory, balancing larger strategic opportunities with faster-moving transactional deals.
Key responsibilities include developing executive relationships within your accounts, translating Rubrik's technical capabilities into board-level priorities that make data security a strategic imperative. You'll partner closely with Solutions Engineers, Channel Development, and Rubrik's partner ecosystem to extend reach across your territory and position Rubrik against the full scope of customer risk.
You'll collaborate with regional peers on deal strategy and account coverage, feeding market intelligence back to Rubrik's leadership, including competitive signals and account trends that shape the go-to-market approach across Germany.
Required experience includes closing complex enterprise deals with appetite to grow into larger, multi-product opportunities. You must demonstrate a track record of both new-logo acquisition and growing existing customer relationships. Fluency in German and professional English are essential; you'll engage confidently with both technical buyers and executive stakeholders in either language.
You should understand enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multistakeholder decision-making within large or complex organizations. Comfort working with channel partners and distributors is important, as is willingness to travel regularly across your territory to build in-person relationships.
Preferred qualifications include background in cybersecurity, data protection, backup/recovery, or adjacent infrastructure/cloud categories. Experience with MEDDPICC sales framework, existing relationships within large German enterprise or Mittelstand organizations, and familiarity with Salesforce are valued.
