Graphcore is seeking a Technology Owner to lead software infrastructure priorities and drive clarity across complex technical work. In this role, you will own and refine backlogs, shape program increment (PI) plans, support sprint delivery, and coordinate across technical teams within a 30-person Software Infrastructure organization.
You will serve as a bridge between product intent, engineering delivery, and cross-team coordination. Your responsibilities include managing dependencies, making roadmap decisions, and helping teams move faster without compromising quality or context. You will work closely with Technology Managers, technical leads, and engineers to surface risks early, articulate trade-offs, and keep teams aligned.
The Software Infrastructure team provides platforms and services that support how Graphcore teams build, test, and develop software. Work is planned in increments through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos, with decisions made through close engagement with engineers and product partners.
You should bring calm, structure, and technical curiosity to complex work. Strong backlog management skills, confidence working with technical systems and cross-team dependencies, and the ability to simplify complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. Facilitation skills and a technical understanding of software development, testing, or infrastructure are required.
