As a Product Manager II, you will own and drive critical product and business problems throughout their lifecycle. You'll be responsible for identifying and prioritizing customer problems, designing solutions, and executing go-to-market strategies. The role focuses on building merchant onboarding experiences across major storefront platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and others—creating the easiest, fastest, and most intuitive integration experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build deep customer empathy by regularly meeting with merchants and customers to understand their needs firsthand, while staying informed through qualitative and quantitative secondary insights.
• Devise strategy by defining long-term product vision and quarterly roadmaps that drive measurable impact and align with company objectives.
• Conceptualize solutions using a problem-first, data-driven approach with continuous testing and iteration. Ensure platform-wide thinking and value-based prioritization of initiatives.
• Drive execution across the full product lifecycle—from defining annual roadmaps to running fortnightly sprints while collaborating with engineering, design, and external stakeholders.
• Make empowered decisions in a culture that celebrates thoughtful risk-taking and learning from failures.
