Typeform is seeking an AI Product Operations Lead to build and operate internal AI Operations capability for the R&D organization. This is a hands-on role combining systems thinking, AI fluency, user discovery, technical execution, and operational ownership.
You will identify high-value problems AI can solve across R&D, understand current workflows, design appropriate solutions (ranging from simple prompts to custom applications), coordinate delivery, and own performance post-launch. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with teams to diagnose frustrating workflows and determine whether a prompt, automation, integration, agent, or internal app is the right answer; improving existing AI workflows; testing reliability; managing access to enterprise AI tools like Glean and Claude; and working with IT and InfoSec on responsible scaling.
Key responsibilities include building and continuously improving the backlog of AI opportunities across R&D; taking ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery; designing simple, AI-native solutions that fit naturally into workflows; helping teams extract more value from enterprise AI tools; owning the lifecycle of AI systems including automations, skills, agents, and internal applications; establishing practical approaches to evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security, and maintenance; and partnering across R&D to uncover needs and unblock delivery.
You will report to the VP of Product Operations and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, and other AI practitioners. This role is not for someone who only wants to prototype prompts, manage project plans, or write requirements—it requires seeing initiatives through from conception to impact.
