Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching 300+ million people monthly across 55+ countries. The Brand Partnerships team operates as a creative agency, helping major brands (Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, Primavera Sound) conceptualize, produce, and manage multi-channel campaigns through immersive experiences.
You will join as Director, Commercial Product, owning three interconnected workstreams that turn Fever's scale, IP, marketplace, and first-party data into repeatable, measurable commercial offerings for the sales team.
Measurement & Attribution: Design and own closed-loop attribution methodology enabling partners to see campaign impact (spend, retention, engagement). This measurement engine drives deal renewals and multi-year relationships.
Audience Intelligence: Transform Fever's passion and intent data into privacy-safe, aggregated audience insights that partners can action while protecting the underlying data as a Fever asset.
Technical Integration Scoping: Define integration requirements and commercial needs for Fever's engineering teams, moving from bespoke one-off builds to repeatable blueprints that surface Fever experiences inside partner platforms.
Sponsorship Infrastructure: Deliver membership, integration, and measurement infrastructure that enables the commercial team to sell premium sponsorship packages.
Product Packaging: Translate technical capabilities into clear, sellable propositions with pricing logic and pitch-ready materials for consistent market deployment.
Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between commercial intent and technical delivery, working with data, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to launch products on time and to premium standards. Establish measurement standards that other teams reference when proving campaign outcomes.
You bring 10+ years in commercial product, partnerships product, ad-tech, media product, or marketing measurement, with a proven track record of shipping products that sales teams actually sell. You are fluent in measurement and attribution, understand privacy-safe data productization, and have worked at the intersection of commercial and technical teams. You think in repeatable systems rather than one-offs, and can scope integrations, brief engineering, and translate between sales pitches and build backlogs.
