Unframe is an AI-first startup enabling Fortune 500 enterprises to deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. As Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions in production. This role operates in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where problems are not predefined. You will deeply understand customer needs, identify high-value problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business impact. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a team of Product Managers on complex, high-impact AI solutions in production - Working closely with customers and internal teams to identify problems and define solutions - Operating in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are unclear - Driving development of new solutions from early stages through production, making critical product and trade-off decisions - Owning a portfolio of solutions across enterprise customers, setting priorities across parallel initiatives - Balancing execution speed with long-term scalability, quality, and product thinking - Identifying patterns across solutions and pushing for reuse and productization - Mentoring and developing Product Managers to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments You bring 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. You excel at managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making. You thrive in ambiguity, defining problems and leading teams from concept to production. You have a proven track record driving products from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Experience with complex systems and enterprise customers is essential, as is strong cross-functional leadership working with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers. This is a true 0→1 role at scale. You won't inherit a roadmap; you'll help define what's worth building. You'll work on real problems with real enterprise customers, taking ideas all the way to production. From day one, you'll have real ownership, shaping direction and making decisions while leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.
