As a Technical Writer for Platform and Data, you will create, maintain, and enhance help documentation and training materials for Rippling's platform and data products. You'll communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences ranging from HR professionals to software engineers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating user documentation, migration guides, reference material, and tutorials for Rippling's platform and Data Cloud offerings
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve self-service capabilities
- Applying structured content principles for single-sourcing information across multiple locations and audiences, including AI-driven systems
- Translating complex technical concepts into clear, educational content that resonates with learners of varying technical aptitude
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience creating documentation for diverse user personas. You'll be instrumental in helping customers understand and maximize Rippling's capabilities through clear, accessible content.
