Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company headquartered in Seattle, is seeking a Technical Writer to join its expanding product team in Islamabad. The role focuses on creating comprehensive product documentation including concepts, examples, tasks, and reference materials for Veeam's entire product offering.
Key responsibilities include designing, writing, and editing technical documentation for all products; collaborating closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure content quality, discoverability, and accuracy; and contributing to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and processes.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing, with demonstrated experience writing technical customer-facing materials. You should understand basic document versioning concepts and best practices, and be comfortable working with cutting-edge technologies and frameworks alongside experienced technologists.
