MoonPay is a high-growth fintech company building the operating system for value movement across crypto, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and emerging financial infrastructure. The company serves 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners, with regulatory licenses across the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. As a Technical Talent Partner, you will own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Data, and Security teams. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on competitive technical hiring in fast-moving markets. Key Responsibilities: - Own full recruiting lifecycle: search kickoff, market mapping, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and close - Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define hiring strategies and understand team needs - Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping to identify exceptional candidates in competitive markets - Use data and market insights to diagnose hiring bottlenecks and pivot strategies when searches stall - Leverage AI tools across sourcing, screening, research, and reporting to improve quality and efficiency - Contribute to continuous improvement of MoonPay's hiring processes, tooling, and methodologies - Challenge hiring managers' thinking and influence decision-making with data-driven recommendations The role operates in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment where outcomes matter more than process. AI is embedded as a default operating mode across the company, and you'll be expected to use it daily to enhance your recruiting effectiveness. Requirements: - Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving technology or product organizations, with a proven track record in competitive talent markets - Deep technical recruiting expertise across Software Engineering, Data, AI, and/or Security (Product and Design experience is beneficial) - Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities; ability to identify exceptional candidates beyond obvious pools - Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and autonomy - Data-driven mindset with focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement - Demonstrated practical use of AI in recruiting workflows - Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and financial technology ecosystems - Ability to speak credibly about crypto market trends and articulate how AI has improved your recruiting outcomes
