Sportradar, the world's leading sports technology company serving 1,700+ sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries, is seeking a Manager, People Advisory for their Montevideo office.
In this role, you will serve as the primary HR point of contact and country subject matter expert for the Montevideo location. You will partner with Divisional People Partners, Centers of Excellence, and People Operations to ensure smooth cooperation and drive change within the people function. Key responsibilities include:
**People Partnering & Recruitment**: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to scout and build relationships with local stakeholders. Work with People Counsel team as needed and actively drive improvements in processes and ways of working.
**Employee Relations**: Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
**Onboarding & Offboarding**: Manage the physical onboarding and offboarding of new employees at the location, coordinating closely with line managers, talent acquisition, and divisional partners.
**Compliance & Risk Management**: Stay current on local, state, and national employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies align with relevant legislation. Partner with Compliance and Risk teams on employee data integrity and required trainings. Manage health and safety compliance and support grievance investigations.
**Culture & Values**: Partner with local functional leaders to translate business needs into people, culture, and organizational actions. Lead local values activation and hybrid working initiatives.
**Engagement, CSR & DEI**: Drive engagement, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities locally. Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Gather employee insights and address improvement areas.
**Benefits Administration**: Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans. Coordinate with benefits vendors and the people operations team.
**Training & Development**: Collaborate with the learning and development team to support local training programs and skill-enhancement initiatives.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to Uruguay
- Customer-centric mindset with high-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant HR software applications
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluent English; additional languages considered a plus
