You will own full-cycle technical recruiting across Product, Technology, and Government Delivery teams, managing searches from intake through offer and onboarding. You will work alongside the Lead Technical Recruiter and hiring managers to recruit software engineers, AI engineers, infrastructure specialists, solutions engineers, technical program managers, and customer-facing delivery professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing full-cycle recruiting with flexibility to support evolving business priorities
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, compensation, location needs, and interview plans
- Building pipelines through targeted research, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and personalized outreach to passive candidates
- Developing sourcing strategies for government-facing roles with specialized requirements (security clearances, client-site expectations, technical expertise)
- Conducting candidate screens assessing relevant experience, technical fluency, motivation, and learning capacity
- Using market data and pipeline results to advise stakeholders and recommend practical adjustments
- Coordinating interviews, managing offer negotiations, and partnering on onboarding handoffs
- Implementing and managing technical assessments through platforms like Karat and HackerRank
- Applying AI and automation to sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows
- Maintaining accurate Greenhouse records and using recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes
- Supporting internship and early talent programs
You will bring strong outbound sourcing skills, practical market insight, and judgment to guide hiring decisions. You will help improve how the company uses AI, technical assessments, and interview insights to strengthen hiring quality and consistency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three years of technical recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or combined) with ownership of full-cycle searches
- Demonstrated success recruiting AI, software engineering, data, infrastructure, or related technical talent
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, recruiting metrics, and sourcing tools; Greenhouse experience preferred
- Experience recruiting Product, Technical Delivery, and Public Sector-facing talent, including cleared or customer-facing technical roles (preferred)
- Experience with technical assessments, interview intelligence platforms, or early-career recruiting programs (a plus)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be a U.S. citizen and authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Ability to understand technical requirements and distinguish skills needed for product building, solution delivery, and government customer support
- Strong sourcing, candidate evaluation, and closing skills for difficult-to-fill roles
- Clear written and verbal communication with judgment to advise senior stakeholders and offer practical solutions
- AI-fluency with hands-on experience using generative AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows, with critical evaluation of outputs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience managing competing priorities
