As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a critical bridge between customers and the product/engineering teams. Sitting within the engineering department, you will own specific products from a technical perspective, troubleshoot and resolve issues by creating and merging bug fixes using AI tools, and serve as the Voice of the Customer to drive product improvements.
Key responsibilities include: troubleshooting and documenting bugs, serving as an escalation point for product-related issues, developing feedback loops with the Product team, creating internal documentation, maintaining communication with Customer Success and Product teams, and resolving escalated cases while holding teams accountable to SLAs. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Support, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Engineering, and will occasionally join customer meetings for escalations and resolution.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of technical or product support experience, is customer-first with strong empathy and ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and is comfortable with modern web technologies (APIs, JSON, scripting). You should be an AI power user excited about AI's future, have strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, and be proactive about identifying gaps and improving workflows.
