The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for identity, authentication, and authorization across nesto. As part of the core platform, the IAM team serves internal product teams by providing a solid foundation for identity and access management. The team's scope includes identity providers, authentication flows, authorization models, policy enforcement, and tools that product teams use to securely manage access. The team establishes common standards and supported patterns to ensure access control is consistent, scalable, and easy for engineering teams to adopt. This work touches nearly all products at nesto and carries real security and compliance responsibility.
The IAM team is relatively new at nesto, meaning its operating model and how the broader organization adopts its designs are still being shaped. The person leading this team will have direct and significant influence on this evolution.
