Charta Health is building an AI-powered operating system for modern healthcare organizations, streamlining workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, the company is on a mission to make healthcare infrastructure more efficient and accountable.
As a Technical Success Manager, you will own client relationships post-deployment, serving as the primary technical point of contact for a growing portfolio of healthcare provider accounts. This is a hands-on role that blends technical troubleshooting with account management and commercial growth.
Key responsibilities include: monitoring deployment health and catching early signals of degradation or expansion readiness; diagnosing and resolving technical issues directly using data, logs, and AI tools, then triaging unresolved issues to the appropriate engineering pod; establishing success metrics and articulating ROI through Quarterly Business Reviews; managing the renewal lifecycle by identifying expansion opportunities and driving adoption; proactively identifying account health risks and executing recovery plans; synthesizing customer feedback to inform product and engineering decisions; and prescribing scalable solutions that move customers beyond initial adoption.
You will carry your own book of accounts within 30 days of onboarding, with each account mapped to an owning engineering pod from day one. The role emphasizes self-sufficiency, technical fluency, multi-threaded relationship building, and a commercial mindset focused on retention and expansion.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Consulting within B2B SaaS or healthcare, with experience owning a book of business and carrying renewal or expansion targets. Technical comfort (reading data, tracing root causes, working alongside engineers) is essential; coding is not required. Healthcare domain knowledge, early-stage startup experience, and hands-on SQL or LLM tool experience are nice-to-haves.
