Endor Labs is an Application Security platform company backed by Dell Technology Capital, Lightspeed, and Sierra Ventures. The platform helps teams identify, prioritize, and fix critical software risks by building a call graph of entire software estates, securing code whether written by humans or AI. As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, you will own a defined portfolio of strategic, high-ARR enterprise accounts, serving as the senior relationship owner and trusted advisor to security and engineering leadership. Your role bridges technical depth and strategic business acumen. Key responsibilities include: owning account health and driving adoption, retention, and expansion across your book of business; orchestrating cross-functional internal teams (Support, Product, Sales, Professional Services) to align the platform with customer security and business outcomes; building multi-threaded relationships across security, engineering, and executive stakeholders; running structured business reviews and analyzing adoption trends to quantify value and identify expansion opportunities; creating and managing comprehensive account plans covering the entire customer journey; guiding rollout and adoption by assisting with implementation plans, SDLC integration, and enablement sessions; proactively identifying and managing technical, organizational, and relationship risks; serving as a trusted advisor on AppSec strategy and program maturity; staying current on product releases and educating customers on new capabilities; capturing customer feedback for Product Management; and collaborating with Sales on account strategy and expansion opportunities. You will focus on high-impact activities that drive satisfaction, renewal, and growth, while elevating team practices and sharing best practices with colleagues. Required qualifications: 8+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting roles managing enterprise, high-ARR accounts, ideally in B2B SaaS or security; strong technical foundation with comfort discussing application security, software supply chain, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices; proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships; excellent communication and presentation skills; project management and organizational skills; and a consultative, strategic mindset focused on customer outcomes rather than transactional support.
