Anthropic is hiring a Technical Specialist for Claude Code, their fastest-growing software product. This role bridges sales and customer success, focusing on driving meaningful adoption of Claude Code within enterprise accounts during the critical 90-day window before and after contract signature.
You'll primarily engage with customers post-sale, converting developer enthusiasm into organization-wide adoption through tailored enablement programs. You'll design and deliver customer-specific workshops, office hours, and "build your first agent" labs targeting engineering, data, platform, security, and knowledge-worker audiences. Your focus will be on deep adoption of proprietary Claude capabilities—subagents, hooks, MCP servers, headless mode, managed settings—integrated with each customer's actual stack, repos, and workflows (CI/CD, IDE integration, source control, secure coding, agentic pipelines).
You'll also support strategic pilots before contract signature, partnering with Account Executives, Applied AI, and customer engineering leads to scope pilots, run enablement, and establish success criteria. Carrying that context from pilot into post-sale ensures seamless, focused customer experiences.
Beyond enablement, you'll design and run on-site and virtual hackathons inside customer organizations, complete with themes, judging rubrics, starter kits, and post-event follow-through that turns prototypes into shipped products. You'll build production-quality demo apps, reference architectures, and code samples on the Claude Developer Platform and Claude Code, using the products daily as core infrastructure. You'll create technical content—tutorials, blog posts, recorded walkthroughs, internal cookbooks—tailored to enterprise developer audiences and their real workflows, translating new product capabilities into field-ready content within days of release.
You'll be the trusted technical voice in front of customers, delivering keynotes, technical talks, and live-coded demos at customer all-hands, internal AI summits, and Anthropic-hosted builder events. This is not a technical implementation role; implementation specialists handle that work. You'll spend your time in front of developers, department leaders, on stage at events, and building the demos and reference implementations that prove what's possible. You're credible because you can open a terminal and actually drive the tool, exciting because you've thought deeply about how agentic AI changes software development, and useful because you can answer questions about security, scale, and agent behavior.
