Nash is hiring a Technical Solutions Strategist to lead enterprise solutions consulting for its AI-powered logistics platform. This is a foundational technical hire combining sales engineering with value consulting, carrying a quota while earning it through deep customer discovery and tailored solution design.
You'll work with large enterprises (Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, Shopify, Toast) to uncover real operational pain points across their fleets, fulfillment channels, OMS, WMS, TMS, and carrier integrations. Your job is to move beyond demos: conduct structured discovery with business and technical stakeholders, design tailored solutions, map Nash's fit into complex stacks, and build compelling ROI models for CFOs and COOs.
Key responsibilities include owning the full sales engineering motion from discovery through POC and close; quantifying financial impact using customer data; representing Nash as a credible advisor; testing new AI models and agent capabilities as they ship; and codifying repeatable discovery frameworks and value narratives for the broader GTM team.
You'll need 4–6 years in solutions engineering, presales, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical roles. Strong candidates have experience owning complex enterprise deals end-to-end, genuine discovery instincts, hands-on comfort with AI tooling, fluency in APIs and enterprise architecture, and strong financial modeling skills. Executive presence and ability to operate in ambiguity are essential. Background in value engineering, management consulting, enterprise AI, or supply chain is a plus.
Nash is a venture-backed platform (founded 2021, backed by Y Combinator and a16z) that unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity for modern logistics. The company powers delivery for major commerce brands and is positioned at the intersection of AI, operations, and enterprise software.
