As a Technical Solutions Consultant (Technical Pre-sales), you will lead all technical discussions with prospect IT, InfoSec, and Technical Architecture teams. Your primary responsibility is translating customer requirements and technical concerns into clear, compelling responses that address platform capabilities, security, authentication/authorization, data integration, backup and business continuity, penetration testing, and security certifications.
You will own the technical approval process, working to resolve all IT concerns and questions so the sales team can progress with business champions and procurement. Your work includes responding to RFIs and RFPs, conducting prospect meetings, and facilitating on-site technical workshops.
This role bridges the gap between customer technical teams and Pigment's sales organization, ensuring that complex technical requirements are understood, documented, and addressed comprehensively. Success requires deep product knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders.
