Vic.ai is an AI-powered autonomous accounting platform that helps organizations automate accounts payable and streamline finance operations. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them through their journey with the platform and maximizing their return on investment.
In this role, you'll own the technical success of assigned customers by analyzing their data to uncover optimization opportunities, configuring and managing their platform environments, and translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations. You'll become a subject matter expert on Vic.ai's capabilities and customer workflows, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with Product and Engineering teams as needed.
You'll work cross-functionally to improve customer business processes, drive platform adoption, and advocate for customer needs to influence product improvements. The role combines analytical problem-solving with consultative customer engagement—you'll use AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes, while developing best practices and documentation that improve the overall customer experience.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success roles. You'll need strong data literacy, experience with SaaS products and enterprise customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred experience includes analytics tools (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau), comfort with CSV data and APIs, SQL familiarity, experience with modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT), and background in finance, accounting, or ERP systems. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, embraces new technology, thinks strategically like a consultant, balances technical depth with exceptional communication, and thrives in ambiguity while solving challenging problems.
