Payoneer, a global fintech platform founded in 2005, is seeking a Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join its Delivery Team within the Applications & Integrations group. The role is hybrid-based in Herzliya, Israel.
You will own and manage the Salesforce team's scope of work, balancing ongoing feature requests with larger strategic project initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading cross-organizational technical Salesforce projects end-to-end—from discovery and design through implementation and hypercare support. You'll develop clear project plans aligned with business cases and company priorities, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones. You'll lead relevant ceremonies, keep delivery on track, and manage trade-offs as priorities shift. Additionally, you'll lead technical design discussions, negotiate requirements, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated leader who drives initiatives end-to-end with Salesforce implementation experience and technical depth to shape design decisions in partnership with developers. You should have at least 4 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment. Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on administration experience is required, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales Cloud. You must be able to deeply understand technical concepts and credibly engage with engineers on architecture, dependencies, and risk. Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and systems is essential. You should have a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions and a proactive approach to using AI tools throughout project delivery. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and willingness to deep-dive into technical solutions are critical.
