Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Operations and Logistics Associate to build and scale the Factory Systems function supporting rapid production growth. This is a business operations role focused on designing and implementing end-to-end procurement, logistics, and software licensing processes as the company scales its manufacturing footprint.
You will own four interconnected areas: (1) Procurement engine—designing workflows that turn hardware and software needs into compliant purchases and on-time deliveries, including vendor management and cost allocation; (2) Logistics and dock-to-line pipeline—managing physical flow from receiving through production floor deployment, including reverse logistics for swaps, RMAs, and returns; (3) Software licensing and compliance—building a master software inventory, transitioning to enterprise licensing, and ensuring procurement compliance; (4) Standards and scale—documenting repeatable SOPs and dashboards that enable growth without heroics.
Day-to-day responsibilities include executing procurement end-to-end with minimal oversight, personally handling receiving and staging, managing the full lifecycle (refresh, warranty, e-waste), building the software-licensing function from scratch, reconciling physical and system status across ticketing and asset-management tools, and designing scalable processes rather than one-off fixes. You will operate in ambiguity at pace, juggling competing priorities across all three functional areas.
You bring real depth in at least one of procurement, IT asset lifecycle, or logistics—enough to know what "good" looks like. You are a builder comfortable going from 1 to 10 and from 10 to 100, a generalist operator who can move across functions and learn fast, and hands-on enough to do unglamorous work while designing systems that eliminate it. You've stood up processes or functions from a blank page, not just run existing ones.
