Rippling is a unified workforce platform that manages HR, IT, payroll, benefits, computers, and apps for businesses. As an Implementation Manager specializing in Global Payroll, you will be the primary consultant for customers implementing Rippling's payroll and related products. You will work one-on-one with clients to develop custom implementation plans aligned with their business objectives, manage the end-to-end implementation process, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner directly with customers to design and execute implementation strategies for Rippling's HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and complementary products
- Proactively manage timelines and milestones, consulting with customers to align on goals and operational needs
- Drive product adoption by providing tailored guidance, best practices, and insights to help clients maximize platform capabilities
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term success
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather customer feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, and advocate for enhancements that address customer needs and industry trends
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices that incorporate customer learnings to improve operational efficiency
The role requires fluency in Spanish to support Rippling's global payroll customers. You will be a key differentiator in customer success, combining deep product knowledge with strong consulting and communication skills.
