Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Operations and Logistics Associate to build and scale the Factory Systems function. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, logistics, and IT lifecycle management for a rapidly expanding manufacturing footprint.
You will own three interconnected domains: (1) the procurement engine for hardware and software, including purchasing workflows, vendor management, cost allocation, and compliance; (2) the dock-to-floor logistics pipeline, including receiving, staging, verification, deployment coordination, and reverse logistics (RMAs, refreshes, returns); and (3) software licensing and compliance, including master inventory, enterprise licensing transitions, renewals, and accounting models.
This is a builder role. You'll start as a team of one, personally executing receiving, staging, and reconciliation while designing the repeatable systems, SOPs, and dashboards that scale with rapid growth. You'll decompose ambiguous, fast-moving requirements from engineering and site teams, drive them end-to-end through procurement and delivery, and ensure physical hardware and license status remain synchronized across ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management systems.
Key responsibilities include: owning procurement execution with minimal oversight; managing the physical dock-to-floor pipeline and reverse logistics; standing up the software-licensing function from scratch; keeping systems honest through reconciliation; designing scalable standards and processes rather than patching symptoms; and operating effectively in ambiguity while juggling competing priorities.
You bring real depth in at least one of procurement, IT asset lifecycle, or logistics—enough to know what "good" looks like. You're a generalist operator comfortable moving across functions and learning new domains quickly. You're hands-on, willing to do unglamorous work while systematizing it away, and experienced in standing up processes or functions from a blank page.
