Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations and Logistics Associate to build and scale the factory systems that support rapid production growth. This is a business operations role focused on designing and implementing the procurement, logistics, and software licensing processes that will enable Anduril's expanding manufacturing footprint. You will own four interconnected areas: (1) the procurement engine for hardware and software, including purchasing workflows, vendor management, cost allocation, and on-time delivery; (2) the dock-to-line logistics pipeline, managing receiving, staging, verification, deployment coordination, and reverse logistics (RMAs, swaps, refreshes); (3) software licensing and compliance, building the master inventory, transitioning to enterprise licensing, and ensuring procurement security compliance; and (4) standards and scale, turning ad-hoc processes into documented SOPs and dashboards that operate reliably as the fleet grows. Day-to-day, you will drive hardware and software needs end-to-end from procurement through production floor delivery, personally handle receiving and reconciliation, manage the full lifecycle including refresh and decommissioning, build the software-licensing function from scratch, and ensure physical inventory matches system records. You'll operate in ambiguity, juggle competing priorities across all three domains, and design scalable systems rather than patching symptoms. You are a builder comfortable going from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100. You bring real depth in procurement, IT asset lifecycle, or logistics—enough to know what good looks like. You're a hands-on generalist willing to do unglamorous work while designing the system that eliminates it. You can move across functions, learn new domains quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where no task is too small.
