Anduril Industries is seeking an Operations and Logistics Associate to build and scale the factory systems that support rapid production growth. This is a business operations role focused on designing and executing the procurement, logistics, and software licensing processes that enable Anduril's defense technology manufacturing to operate reliably at scale. You will own four interconnected domains: (1) the procurement engine for hardware and software, including purchasing workflows, vendor management, cost allocation, and on-time delivery; (2) the dock-to-line logistics pipeline, managing receiving, staging, verification, deployment coordination, and reverse logistics (RMAs, refreshes, returns); (3) software licensing and compliance, building the master inventory, transitioning to enterprise licensing, and ensuring procurement security compliance; and (4) standards and scalability, turning ad-hoc processes into documented SOPs and dashboards that operate on process rather than heroics. Day-to-day, you will drive hardware and software needs end-to-end from procurement through production-floor delivery, personally handle receiving and reconciliation, manage the full lifecycle including refresh and decommissioning, build the software-licensing function from scratch, and ensure physical inventory matches system records. You will operate in ambiguity, juggle competing priorities across all three arenas, and design scalable systems rather than applying temporary fixes. You are a builder comfortable going from 1 to 10 as easily as 10 to 100. You bring real depth in at least one of procurement, IT asset lifecycle, or logistics—enough to know what good looks like. You are a generalist operator who can move across functions and learn new domains quickly, yet hands-on enough to do unglamorous work while designing systems that eliminate it. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take clear accountability for end-to-end execution.
