Wayflyer is a fintech company that provides rapid capital assessment and financing to small businesses globally. The company has deployed over $6bn to thousands of businesses and is backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan. With offices in Dublin, London, New York, Charlotte, Berlin and Sydney, Wayflyer is scaling rapidly across multiple channels and partners. The Revenue Operations team at Wayflyer is composed of builders who don't just identify problems but solve them independently. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue, Marketing, Finance, Data and Engineering, providing exposure to multiple business functions and potential pathways into GTM strategy, GTM engineering, and product roles. In this role, you will: - Build, maintain and improve systems, internal automations and integrations that enable Sales and Customer Success teams to work faster and more effectively from the ground up. - Design, deploy and continuously refine AI-native workflows and agents that augment how Sales, CS and the broader Revenue organization operate. - Use data analysis to diagnose operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, build solutions independently, and measure impact against real KPIs with continuous iteration. - Work directly with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to translate requirements into systems that solve real problems. - Own revenue data hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, enrichment and process improvements that keep data usable across all systems. - Identify inefficiencies proactively, prioritize ruthlessly, and build automated solutions that enable the function to scale without adding headcount. You thrive when spotting manual workarounds and building scalable fixes. You're comfortable pairing with Engineering teams and translating between technical and business stakeholders. You run toward complex, messy problems without waiting for permission or fully-scoped briefs. You stay current with best-in-class GTM practices and prefer pitching bold ideas to shipping incremental tweaks. The role offers 25 days off plus public holidays, private healthcare, life insurance, pension, equity, generous parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers, and 60 days annually to work remotely from anywhere. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consulting or similar roles (trajectory valued over tenure) - AI-native builder with strong business acumen and sharp eye for customer experience - Fluency in Python or Node.js and SQL - Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot and its developer suite - Comfort with automation platforms such as Zapier, Pipedream, n8n or UiPath - Experience configuring CPQ, CLM, sales engagement or customer-success platforms - Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of solutions you've built, not just ship and walk away - Extra credit: experience building and deploying AI agents, integrating AI/LLM-based solutions into workflows, or building automated pipelines end-to-end
