As an Implementation Manager for Global Payroll (NAMER region), you will be the primary point of contact for customers implementing Rippling's suite of products. You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and guide them through successful adoption of HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and other tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom implementation plans aligned with their specific business objectives
- Manage the implementation process end-to-end, consulting on timelines and milestones to meet operational needs
- Drive product adoption by providing bespoke guidance, best practices, and insights to maximize platform capabilities
- Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide customer feedback, escalate technical issues, and advocate for product enhancements
- Develop and refine internal processes and best practices based on customer learnings to improve operational efficiency
This role is critical to Rippling's competitive differentiation in the market. You will be instrumental in ensuring customers realize the full potential of the platform and achieve their desired outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a deep commitment to exceptional customer experience
- Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams
