Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual

As Strategic Projects Lead for Managed Services, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects for Prolific's most important clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, translating client requirements into executable delivery plans and managing projects through completion. Your responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI projects, from requirements gathering through execution and completion
• Act as primary client contact, building strong relationships and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate complex or evolving client requirements into clear project scopes, delivery plans, success criteria, and practical solutions
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to coordinate resources and solve delivery challenges
• Identify risks and issues early, working directly to keep delivery on track
• Own and track key delivery metrics including quality, timelines, budgets, and profitability
• Develop more effective and scalable processes and tools for delivering AI projects at scale
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where you'll work through ambiguity, get into detail when needed, and make sound decisions to maintain delivery momentum. You'll combine strong client management with understanding of AI and human data workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–6+ years of experience managing complex client projects or programmes, ideally within AI/ML, human data, data services, or another technical environment
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and the AI/ML development lifecycle, including familiarity with data collection, annotation, evaluation, or validation
• Strong client-facing skills with experience building trusted relationships and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience translating complex or ambiguous client requirements into clear, executable plans and successful outcomes
• Hands-on approach to delivery and problem-solving with ability to identify issues and drive solutions
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with experience managing project KPIs, budgets, profitability, quality, and delivery performance
• Proven ability to lead across teams, align different stakeholders, and operate effectively in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
