As a Technical Recruiter for the Product team, you will embed directly within multiple groups including Product Management, Commercial Operations & Pricing, and Global Professional Services. Operating in a decentralized recruiting model, you'll build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers, executives, and individual contributors to develop deep understanding of team dynamics and competitive landscape.
Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for niche product talent—sourcing, pipeline management, offer extension, and candidate closure. You'll partner closely with Product leaders to build their teams, make improvements to hiring processes as the company scales, and deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience.
You bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical or complex positions, demonstrated expertise in generating well-targeted, high-quality pipelines, and strong stakeholder alignment skills including ability to influence senior Product leadership. Excellent communication (verbal and written) with emphasis on timely outreach is essential. You're adept at managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 5 days per week presence at Verkada's San Mateo headquarters.
