As Head of Global Recruiting Operations, you will lead the systems, programs, and processes that power talent acquisition across all functions and regions globally. This role owns the recruiting operating model end-to-end: coordination, systems, analytics, programs, and enablement that support hiring teams and ambitious growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leadership and recruiting teams to translate long-term objectives into a unified, high-impact global recruiting operations strategy
- Developing and driving recruiting programs aligned with overall strategy
- Driving strategic alignment across recruiting technology, workflows, and automation initiatives
- Collaborating with recruiting leaders to champion excellence, consistent standards, and capability building across all hiring teams
- Leading integrated workforce and demand planning with Finance and business heads to inform executive decision-making and strategic capacity planning
- Developing a strategic talent analytics function to provide actionable guidance, pipeline foresight, and productivity insights to leadership
- Elevating candidate experience and hiring manager engagement through world-class programs and enablement
You bring 10+ years of experience leading recruiting operations, systems, and enablement teams in global, high-growth organizations. You have demonstrated success translating business goals into comprehensive recruiting strategies, executive analytics frameworks, and scalable operational models. Deep expertise with modern recruiting platforms, AI tools, and global hiring compliance across multiple regions is essential. Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership are required.
