Reporting to the VP of Oncology Nursing and collaborating closely with the Manager of Learning & Development, you will bring clinical credibility and hands-on care experience to ensure training reflects real-world bedside and home-based care practices.
Key responsibilities include: facilitating onboarding for new hires with hands-on and shadow-based training for Care Team roles; preparing and delivering training materials for new market launches, including travel to new markets as needed; gathering feedback from new hires and managers to refine onboarding content; building and maintaining scalable, evidence-based training content reflecting current oncology, palliative, and value-based care standards; tracking completion of required training and certifications; translating clinical guidelines into practical training materials; monitoring emerging clinical guidelines and licensure requirements; reviewing Care Team documentation and workflows against quality measures to identify gaps; developing targeted training content to address adherence issues; coaching Care Team Managers on corrective actions; and evaluating training effectiveness using feedback and performance data.
