OneImaging is transforming radiology access through a concierge model and vetted provider network across 48 states, reducing imaging costs by 60-80% while eliminating surprise bills. The company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Talent team and drive engineering hiring as the company scales.
In this role, you will own recruiting efforts for technical positions, with a focus on building OneImaging's presence in the Miami technology community. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and target profiles, then proactively source and engage high-quality engineering talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and creative channels. You'll conduct initial candidate conversations to assess fit, create a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication and relationship building, and maintain accurate pipelines in Greenhouse for both current and future needs.
Key responsibilities include attending and supporting local Miami tech events to build relationships and increase OneImaging's visibility, identifying partnership and community participation opportunities, and collaborating with the broader Talent team on recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.
You bring a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience, ideally with exposure to technical or engineering hiring. You're excellent at relationship building, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong interest in technology and startups, and you're motivated to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows. You must be based in the Miami area and available for local community engagement.
Experience that stands out includes recruiting engineers at startups or high-growth tech companies, coordinating recruiting events or university programs, familiarity with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter, and an existing network within the Miami startup ecosystem.
