The Technical Recruiter will support hiring across the engineering organization, spanning both software and hardware functions, with some international (UK) hiring support. This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on mid-level and senior engineering positions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams
- Partner closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry-specific communities
- Recruit for specialized roles in satellite communications, telecommunications, aerospace, and adjacent deep-tech domains
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical alignment, motivation, and fit
- Support international hiring efforts, primarily in the UK, coordinating across time zones
- Guide candidates through the interview process with a high-touch, transparent, and inclusive experience
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and provide regular updates on funnel health and hiring progress
- Collaborate with the broader People team to improve interview processes and hiring efficiency
