Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomous systems, AI, and computer vision. The Core Technology team serves as the engineering backbone, developing shared systems, components, and infrastructure—including electromechanical systems, drive systems, propulsion, actuation, and embedded electronics—that power products across all divisions. As Technical Program Manager, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware development programs within Core Tech. You'll be the connective tissue between design engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test, and operations, driving complex electromechanical products from concept through production. Key responsibilities include: - Represent and build your program's culture as a liaison to the engineering development organization, interacting cross-functionally and representing the program at all organizational levels. - Establish key milestones and targets from across the organization to define the product roadmap, ensuring teams are engaged at the right time and maturity stage. - Evaluate and prioritize tasks required to support program development efforts using data-driven approaches with input from all stakeholders. - Execute tasks to keep the program on track and de-risk the roadmap, filling gaps as needed. - Communicate engineering strategy and vision to technical stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing risks with adequate time and resources. - Work closely with design engineering, finance, logistics, EHS, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, legal, technical operations, business strategy, and production teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive hardware programs at startup speed on systems that matter for national security. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager driving hardware or integrated product development projects - Demonstrated experience managing or significantly contributing to the product development lifecycle of complex electromechanical systems, including motors, actuators, drive systems, gears, bearings, gearboxes, PCBAs, sensors, and engines - 3+ years' experience in mechanical systems hardware with emphasis on drive systems, turbojet engines, or electromechanical assemblies as part of integrated product development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of technical areas - Comfort working with data and complex analyses - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with or interest in working with visual design tools to communicate ideas - Technical familiarity with design considerations, manufacturing processes, and integration challenges associated with high-performance drive systems and motion control components - Understanding of power electronics, sensing, and control systems relevant to modern actuation and drive solutions - Keen eye for technological advancements in drive systems and related areas
