Nametag is building the identity verification and account protection layer that companies use to verify the real person behind high-risk workforce actions—from account recovery to identity checks—before attackers can exploit the gap. The company addresses a critical infrastructure problem: deepfakes, social engineering, and stolen credentials have made "who is actually on the other side of this request?" a fundamental security challenge. As Technical Product Manager for Integrations, you will own how Nametag embeds into the systems customers already use daily. Nametag is rarely a standalone application; it's the identity check happening inside a helpdesk ticket, an HR onboarding flow, or a Slack message from someone claiming to be the CFO. Growth is gated not by platform capability but by integration depth into enterprise systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Okta, ICIMS, UKG, and beyond. You will run integrations as a discipline rather than one-off projects. Your core intellectual work is designing verification flows that are secure, user-legible, and actually buildable within tight platform constraints. Workday's extensibility is narrow and governed. Slack offers modals and Block Kit but wasn't designed for identity verification. ServiceNow gives flexibility but creates upgrade-path complexity. Many platforms offer minimal UI, strict review processes, and no appetite for third-party redirects. You will navigate these limits end to end. Key responsibilities include: **Design Integration Architecture**: Research target platforms' extension models—APIs, webhooks, UI surfaces, auth, app review processes, and limits. Design verification flows within those constraints: where users are prompted, what they see, how results return, and failure handling. Make hard tradeoffs explicit (embedded vs. redirect, synchronous vs. asynchronous, graceful degradation). **Own Research-to-Handoff**: Research target products, market position, and customer workflows. Define architecture: Nametag-side APIs, target-side calls, deployment and configuration models. Produce specs engineering can build from—API design, integration specs, build milestones. Partner with design on admin console and setup experiences. Write customer-facing setup and admin documentation. **Drive Integration Roadmap**: Convert customer demand, sales signals, and partnership context into prioritized build order. Own marketplace and listing paths for each platform, including business and technical requirements. Track shipped integrations, adoption metrics, and lessons for future connectors. **Cross-Functional Partnership**: Work closely with Engineering through build and launch. Partner with Go-to-Market on positioning, enablement, and technical deal conversations. Collaborate with Partnerships on relationships that unlock listings and co-selling. **AI-Forward Practice**: Use agent tooling to compress research, spec writing, and documentation. Build repeatable workflows rather than one-off prompts. You own accuracy and correctness; tooling gives you reach. Improve the shared playbook so each connector is faster than the last. The role is one of the clearest cases for AI assistance: research, spec, mockup, and handoff work is substantially agent-assisted. The goal is for one strong PM to produce well-researched, buildable integration plans at a rate that previously required a team. **Requirements** - 4+ years in technical product management, solutions architecture, platform/partner engineering, or similar role owning integration design - Demonstrated experience integrating into third-party enterprise platforms (ITSM, HRIS, ATS, IdP, collaboration, or similar), including at least one taken through a marketplace or app review process - Real technical fluency: can read API documentation critically, design authentication flows, write specs engineers respect, and recognize when platform limits make approaches impossible - Track record of working within unchangeable constraints and finding designs that work anyway - Strong written communication; integration plans are documents and the document is the deliverable - Comfort with ambiguity and owning a domain end to end at startup pace - Fluency with AI tooling in real work and a point of view on where it helps versus where it produces confident nonsense **Bonus**: Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Okta, Entra, ICIMS, or UKG extensibility; background in IAM, identity verification, fraud prevention, or security products; experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and webhook patterns; pre-PM experience in engineering, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT; experience standing up integration programs or partner ecosystems from small bases. **Work Authorization**: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
