Altruist is an AI-powered platform transforming wealth management by partnering with financial advisors and registered investment advisor (RIA) firms nationwide. The company is in an exceptional growth phase and moving upmarket to serve larger, more complex RIA firms with multiple offices, dedicated operations and compliance teams, and many advisors serving thousands of clients.
As Senior Product Manager, Enterprise, you will own the roadmap and delivery for one or more enterprise product areas, shaping how large firms set up, onboard, and run their business on Altruist. Your work will span onboarding, firm setup, permissions, branding, and billing. You'll help inform investment priorities as the enterprise offering grows, with the goal of delivering simple, enterprise-grade experiences that firms, advisors, and their clients enjoy using.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the roadmap and delivery for one or more enterprise product areas
- Learn how large firms split work across roles (operations, compliance, advisors, client service) and build products that fit how each team works
- Design workflows that support complex organizations, such as delegating tasks, making bulk changes, and letting firms manage their own settings
- Identify where internal processes create friction or won't hold up at scale, and close those gaps with product features, internal tools, or playbooks
- Ship iterative, high-quality releases alongside engineering and design
- Partner with enterprise firms to shape the product, turning their feedback into solutions that delight many types of firms
- Help sales win enterprise firms by leading product discovery and showing how Altruist fits the way each firm works
You'll work in a culture built on three core values: Kindness (listening to understand, embracing diverse perspectives, approaching conflict openly), Brilliance (humility, growth mindset, taking ownership), and Grit (staying laser-focused on the mission, maintaining nimbleness and urgency).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B2C or multi-sided software, with a track record of shipping complex, high-visibility products
- Demonstrated experience designing products where the buyer, daily user, and end customer are different people
- Experience building for enterprise customers with complex organizations while keeping the product simple to use
- Experience leading discovery with customers and internal teams to find the problems most worth solving
- Ability to break large, ambiguous problems into smaller releases with measurable impact
- Technical aptitude: comfortable discussing architecture and data models with engineers, understanding how integrations connect systems, and tracking key user journeys to guide decisions
- Strong ownership mindset: own outcomes, not just delivery, and stay with a product after launch until it works for users
- Superb communication skills: create clarity across teams, influence without formal authority, explain complex tradeoffs in plain language
- Adaptability: thrive in fast-moving environments and bring structure and momentum when the path forward isn't clear
- Sound judgment: make decisions with incomplete information, push back when something isn't right for the customer, stay open to other perspectives
- Creative problem solving: strong product and design instincts, ability to make complex, rules-heavy problems feel simple, high bar for experiences that are both enterprise-grade and delightful
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with how RIAs operate, including firm structures, advisor transitions, or custodial relationships
- Experience building onboarding, activation, or implementation experiences for enterprise customers
- Experience owning platform capabilities such as team management, roles and permissions, admin tools, or multi-level structures like offices and sub-organizations
