Altruist is an AI-powered platform transforming wealth management by empowering financial advisors to grow their practices, optimize resources, and deliver superior client outcomes. The company partners with registered investment advisor (RIA) firms nationwide.
As Senior Product Manager, Enterprise, you will own the product roadmap and delivery for one or more enterprise-focused product areas. You'll shape how larger, complex RIA firms—with multiple offices, dedicated operations and compliance teams, and many advisors—set up, onboard, and run their business on Altruist. Your work will span onboarding, firm setup, permissions, branding, and billing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own roadmap and delivery for enterprise product areas
- Learn how large firms organize work across operations, compliance, advisors, and client service; build products that fit each team's workflow
- Design workflows supporting complex organizations (task delegation, bulk changes, firm-managed settings)
- Identify internal process friction that won't scale and close gaps with product features, tools, or playbooks
- Ship iterative, high-quality releases alongside engineering and design
- Partner with enterprise firms to shape the product, turning feedback into solutions that delight multiple firm types
- Lead product discovery to help sales win enterprise deals by demonstrating Altruist's fit
You'll help inform investment priorities as the enterprise offering grows, with the goal of delivering simple, enterprise-grade experiences that firms, advisors, and their clients enjoy using.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager building B2B2C or multi-sided software with a track record of shipping complex, high-visibility products
- Demonstrated experience designing products where the buyer, daily user, and end customer are different people
- Experience building for enterprise customers with complex organizations while keeping products simple to use
- Proven ability leading discovery with customers and internal teams to identify problems worth solving
- Skill breaking large, ambiguous problems into smaller releases with measurable impact
- Technical aptitude: comfortable discussing architecture and data models with engineers; understand how integrations connect firm systems; ability to track key user journeys and use data to guide decisions
- Ownership mindset: own outcomes, not just delivery; stay with products after launch until they work for users
- Superb communication: create clarity across teams, influence without formal authority, explain complex tradeoffs in plain language
- Adaptability: thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure and momentum when the path isn't clear
- Sound judgment: make decisions with incomplete information, push back when something isn't right for customers, stay open to perspectives
- Creative problem solving: strong product and design instincts, make complex rules-heavy problems feel simple, hold high bar for enterprise-grade yet delightful experiences
Bonus experience:
- Fintech, wealth management, or other regulated industry background
- Familiarity with RIA operations, firm structures, advisor transitions, or custodial relationships
- Experience building onboarding, activation, or implementation experiences for enterprise customers
- Experience owning platform capabilities (team management, roles/permissions, admin tools, multi-level structures like offices and sub-organizations)
