Salary: USD 140,000 - 155,000 / annual
KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the development and evolution of its experimentation platform. This is a strategic, company-wide platform role with clear accountability for roadmap, prioritization, adoption, and success. You will work closely with Engineering, Data, and Product partners to deliver a platform that enables faster, more trusted decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities include owning the experimentation platform roadmap aligned with business goals; defining and communicating product direction from current A/B testing capabilities to broader testing use cases; partnering with Engineering, Data, and Product teams on features and implementation; translating user needs into clear product requirements and well-scoped initiatives; defining success metrics and driving adoption through data and feedback; and improving experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making workflows.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or platform product management in a technology environment; strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies including A/B testing, statistical foundations (significance, power, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, sequential testing), and common pitfalls; experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and technical dependencies; strong product and project management skills including roadmap definition and cross-functional execution; comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technically complex topics; excellent written and verbal communication; high ownership and analytical skills; ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority; and experience reading and writing SQL.
Bonus: hands-on familiarity with experimentation statistics including power and sample-size planning, confidence intervals, multiple testing correction, and sequential analysis.
The role requires 3 days per week in the Concord, MA office. Compensation: $140,000–$155,000 base salary plus annual bonus and RSU grants.
