Concourse builds AI agents for corporate finance teams, connecting enterprise data sources and deploying AI agents that analyze data through natural language to deliver insights and enable better decision-making. As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will scale the impact of Concourse's AI agents across finance teams. Working alongside the CTO and forward-deployed engineering team, you'll engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, design product experiences that increase adoption, and build systems that make Concourse core to their financial operations.
Key responsibilities include: designing, configuring, and tuning AI agent workflows for each customer's data and systems; maintaining prompt libraries and optimizing model configurations for finance use cases; identifying and prioritizing high-value, repeatable use cases by mapping finance team workflows; scoping and launching deployments with the engineering team; creating dashboards and analytics revealing customer behavior and expansion opportunities; informing GTM strategy through cross-customer pattern identification; designing onboarding and lifecycle experiences; developing customer health frameworks with segmentation and expansion signals; and architecting integrations across ERPs, banks, CRMs, HRIS tools, and custom databases.
You'll work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with high ownership from day one. The role requires 1-3 years in finance, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, finance operations, or data/systems roles. Essential qualifications include deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles, SQL proficiency for analysis and debugging, familiarity with BI tools and data warehouses, and experience with finance systems. Preferred experience includes LLM/prompt engineering and AI output tuning. The company operates in-person 5 days per week at their Flatiron NYC headquarters, emphasizing collaborative, fast-moving culture with direct founder mentorship and opportunities to develop skills across engineering, AI, and GTM.
