As Senior Product Manager, you will own critical product initiatives end-to-end, reporting to the Head of Product with significant autonomy to shape the product roadmap and strategy. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shipping features that meaningfully improve how clinicians deliver care and how operations teams manage day-to-day workflows.
Key responsibilities include: owning strategy and execution for key features across scheduling, route optimization, and patient engagement platforms from discovery through launch; championing user experience in every product decision and holding the bar on quality; partnering iteratively with engineering teams to scope features and accelerate delivery; collaborating with sales, delivery, and account management to understand operational workflows and ensure solutions fit seamlessly into clinical operations; conducting direct user research and ride-alongs with clinicians and patients; using data and analytics to prioritize features and measure success; translating business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories; identifying opportunities where technology can create step-function improvements; and contributing to competitive analysis and market positioning.
You should have 5-7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record at high-growth startups, demonstrated product taste and UX sensibility, and deep experience in B2B vertical SaaS environments. Early-stage startup experience (Seed through Series B) is essential, as is a track record of using data to drive decisions in operational or logistics contexts. Strong technical fluency, ability to work hands-on with engineering teams, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills are required. Nice-to-haves include background in category-defining logistics or operations products, healthtech familiarity, experience with regulated environments, AI/ML-powered features, and prior work building products for clinicians or frontline operators.
