Vividly is a modern trade promotion management (TPM) platform serving the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. The company helps brands manage trade spend across campaign creation, deductions management, and promotion measurement—addressing an $8 trillion market where 70% of promotions currently fail to deliver ROI due to poor tracking and outdated processes (email, PDFs, spreadsheets).
As Solutions Architect, you will bridge customer needs and product design, serving as a critical linchpin in the customer onboarding experience. You'll engage early post-sale to understand what was sold, customer business outcomes, and technical requirements. You'll lead Solution Alignment workshops to validate requirements, design future-state workflows, identify technical dependencies, and scope implementation before execution begins.
Your responsibilities include:
- Becoming an expert in Vividly's platform, CPG trade workflows, customer business processes, and ERP ecosystems
- Designing end-to-end solutions across Trade Promotion Management, Deduction Management, Cash Application, accruals, forecasting, revenue data, master data, and ERP integrations
- Creating solution blueprints that enable Implementation, Integrations, Managed Services, and Customer Success teams to execute
- Maintaining solution integrity throughout onboarding, resolving ambiguity, evaluating scope changes, and ensuring alignment across work streams
- Preserving continuity from Sales through Implementation, ensuring requirements are understood before teams begin building
- Working across business processes, accounting workflows, data, integrations, and platform configuration
