The Statsig team at OpenAI owns the experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics systems that enable product teams across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, monetization, business subscriptions, and developer products to ship with speed, safety, and evidence-based decision-making. As a Product Manager on Statsig, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation, feature management, dynamic configuration, rollout safety, and analytics. You'll partner with product, engineering, research, data, design, and infrastructure leaders to translate recurring launch and measurement needs into reusable platform capabilities that serve multiple internal customer teams. Key responsibilities include: - Developing deep understanding of workflows across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, monetization, subscriptions, and developer products to establish clear priorities across competing needs - Driving adoption by making sophisticated experimentation and analytics capabilities intuitive, trustworthy, and easy to integrate - Establishing goals, success metrics, planning mechanisms, and operating cadences for effective team execution - Balancing speed and product quality with reliability, correctness, developer experience, performance, and safety - Influencing senior product, engineering, research, data, and infrastructure partners without direct authority Ideal candidates have led product strategy for technical, data-intensive, or platform products serving many internal or external customers. You should bring strong product sense, technical fluency across experimentation, analytics, data platforms, APIs, and developer tools, and a track record of using qualitative insight and quantitative evidence to set priorities. Experience with experimentation platforms, feature flagging, product analytics, or data products is valuable but not required. You should thrive in high ambiguity, rapid growth, and organizational change. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office per week.
