Requirements: Required: At least 10 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, applications engineering, or systems engineering in semiconductors, systems, or data center infrastructure, with meaningful time in the APAC market. Based in Taipei with willingness to travel across Taiwan and APAC. Fluency in English and Mandarin (business-level written and spoken proficiency for technical discussions and executive briefings). Strong hardware background with solid understanding of server and rack-level systems architecture, SoC integration, board-level design considerations, or data center hardware platforms. Familiarity with data center infrastructure software and firmware (BMC/RMC firmware, platform management stacks, out-of-band management). Exceptional presentation and communication skills; ability to develop compelling technical stories and deliver confidently to engineering and executive audiences. Prior direct customer-facing experience in the region with hyperscalers, CSPs, OEMs, or ODMs in a technical capacity. Strong written communication ability. Comfort operating across time zones with San Jose-based teams. Preferred: Established relationships with Taiwan ODMs and regional OEMs (Quanta, Wistron, Foxconn, Inventec, Supermicro, Gigabyte, Pegatron). Hands-on background in BMC/RMC firmware, platform management software, or embedded systems. Familiarity with hardware security concepts (root of trust, secure boot, attestation, TPM/fTPM, post-quantum cryptography). Experience with AI server or accelerator platforms. Prior experience at a fabless semiconductor company. Exposure to OCP, DMTF Redfish, or other open data center standards. Experience localizing marketing content for regional technical audiences.
