Join Cylake, a cybersecurity startup led by industry veterans, as a Technical Marketing Engineer. You will bridge engineering, product management, and field teams to architect and showcase next-generation cybersecurity products. You will own technical validation, field enablement, and the hands-on technical narrative for the platform. Key responsibilities include: • Lab & Demo Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain production-grade lab and demo environments that showcase platform features, user workflows, and enterprise integrations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid setups. • Customer-Facing Content: Author high-impact technical collateral including architecture blueprints, whitepapers, demo videos, solution briefs, competitive analyses, and integration guides. • Internal Field Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training programs, lab exercises, and enablement sessions for Sales Engineers, Customer Success teams, and field partners. • Product Advisory: Partner with Product Managers to provide deep technical inputs, conduct hands-on testing of early-stage features, validate edge cases, and inform the product roadmap. • Technical Evangelism: Support technical buyer meetings, present architecture deep-dives, and deliver live product demos at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings. You bring 5+ years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales Engineer in cybersecurity. You have proven expertise building and maintaining multi-vendor enterprise lab environments, POC frameworks, and cloud/network infrastructures. You are skilled in authoring technical documentation, whitepapers, and architecture guides. You have hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise IT tooling, REST APIs, scripting (Python, Bash), security workflows, and integration patterns. You understand the competitive cybersecurity landscape, enterprise deployment topologies, and customer pain points. You excel at collaborating with Product Management to validate technical requirements and provide actionable feedback.
