Salary: GBP 65,000 - 75,000 / annual

Adverity is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner for Enterprise customers. You will guide customers through implementation, adoption, and long-term growth on the platform, combining relationship-building with consultative problem-solving. Key responsibilities include: - Acting as a day-to-day strategic partner, offering expert guidance on product functionality and addressing evolving customer needs - Leading scoping and delivery of client-specific requirements, delivering tailored demos, and providing hands-on training and technical implementation - Taking a consultative approach to maximize customer value, driving adoption, retention, and growth - Monitoring customer engagement levels and feeding insights back to product and service teams - Championing customer success culture, particularly for Enterprise accounts - Partnering on short- and long-term initiatives and supporting Account Management in identifying upsell opportunities - Managing customer escalations internally and with external partners You should have relevant SaaS experience in professional services, implementation, customer success, or media agency roles. Enterprise account experience is preferred. A strong understanding of digital marketing, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills are essential. You'll thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, wear multiple hats, and demonstrate strong IT affinity. Client-oriented personality, team spirit, empathy, and excellent organizational and communication skills are critical. The role is based in London with a hybrid arrangement: 3 days in office per week, with flexible working hours and 2 days home office option.
